Vendor Requirements
- Registered business (CAC or equivalent)
- Products/services that are legal and as described
- Valid permits for food vendors
- Booth fee paid before the deadline
- Agreement to our vendor terms & code of conduct

Vendor Questions
No, vendor events are open to all eligible businesses. Members receive discounted booth fees and priority allocation.
Each booth type lists what’s included above. Extras such as additional chairs, power or signage can be requested in your application.
Shared booths may be possible with prior approval. Mention it in your application and list both businesses.
